Microsoft Business Forward 2016 & 2017

Production Design, Scenic & Lighting. World Trade Center building 9 & 4, New York NY

We took two completely empty top floors of one of the World Trade buildings and completely outfitted it for a Keynote, Breakout Sessions and Private 1:1 Conference Rooms for a day long customer and press event. We also had full dining/catering facilities for the event including a changeover to an evening reception. Since the views were amazing, I tried to preserve them through out the building including the Keynote turning it into a daylight event. All of the Breakout and Private rooms had glass dividing walls to preserve the daylight throughout the space.

Microsoft was so happy with the end product we repeated the show again the next year on the top 3 floors of the brand new WTC building 4.
